for any personalized custom order 🥰 If I need to order items to make custom cases and/or frames to complete these personalized custom orders it may take longer to complete and ship due to having to order parts needed to complete the customization and I'll let you know the approximate expected time ahead of time should that be the case, as well as any additional purchases necessary for special order pieces. I complete all orders as fast as I possibly can. I am a one person shop, I also work full time. If there are any specific things you want on your item(s) please let me know and I will do my best to make your items made exactly the way you desire.

Any custom orders all sales are final.


The Holiday season is the busiest time for my shop (October-January), it is just me and I also work full time but I promise I get to all ordered as quickly as I possibly can. Track easily with SHOP 🥰 I do my very best to make sure that everyone gets their orders in a timely manner as quick as I possibly can 🥰💕 After orders are shipped it is in the hands of USPS and I have no control over how long it will take them to deliver to you (unfortunately). Double check your shipping address make sure it is the correct address! Message me BEFORE it is shipped if you need a change of address, I cannot change it afterwards. I wanted to warn that due to the current chaos consuming USPS shipping, many packages are experiencing minor and occasionally significant delays. Again, after your order is shipped it is in the hands of USPS and I have no control over how long it will take them to deliver to you unfortunately.
